Gateway To The Delta
Antioch is the Gateway to the Delta, located on the banks of the San Joaquin River in Northern California. Just off of Highway 4, in Contra Costa County.
With a population of over 100,000 people, the city has become the heart of Eastern Contra Costa County, offering a variety of employment, shopping and vast recreational activities.
Land remains plentiful and affordable, compared with other parts of the Bay Area. Retail and office space in typically leases for 20 to 30 percent less than comparable space in central Contra Costa County.
This city is one of the few Bay Area communities that offers affordable housing. There are a variety of house styles throughout the city, from condominiums to single family residences, priced for a variety of income levels.
The pace of development has spurred activity for financial and insurance institutions, contractors, and other types of service-oriented businesses. Increased development has created increased employment in schools, hospitals and other local service sectors.

The Lone Tree Golf Course & Event Center has large clubhouse that can host parties and special events such as Weddings, Business Meetings, Christmas Parties, Beer Tastings, Family Nights and Sunday Brunch just to name a few.
Those looking to take in a game of golf look no further than the Lone Tree Golf Course where you can enjoy an 18 hole public course. The greens here lie on the side of the Mount Diablo State Park and first opened in 1934. As well as traditional courses you can also expect sand based greens and there are gorgeous views to be had here if you happen to visit around sunset. Whatever your skill level, there are holes here to test all abilities, and visitors as well as residents are welcome to enjoy a game.
El Campanil Theatre
El Campanil actually means ‘The Tower of Bells’ and is known for being a theater located in the historic downtown area of the city. The theater first opened its doors in 1928 and has hosted some famous names over the years including Debbie Reynolds and The Three Stooges. The theater has a capacity of over 1,000 spectators and there is a stage here where you can enjoy live performances, as well as a single screen cinema.
